Refund policy

We stand by the integrity of our products, but we realize that we lack control over a significant portion once we relinquish our product to shippers.  Sometimes our products can be damaged in transit.  It is of utmost importance to visually inspect for any damage before using or starting any Future Farm (our home grow kit).

That being said, if you do have any questions or concerns, please reach out and submit some photos and a brief description within 30 days of delivery, and we will do our very best to help troubleshoot, replace or refund your item on a case by case basis.
